Quality Rating Observations

Annual classroom assessments are crucial to a center's growth.  Preparing teachers to be consistent in their practices during these observations is also important.  I can prepare your teachers for these observations and also help them stay consistent in their practices in between observations.  Sometimes it takes an outsider with an objective perspective to help get through to teachers and help create consistency in the classroom.  Schedule me the year prior to your official observation or anytime to help get your staff prepared for the real deal.

Action Plan & 30 minute meeting with teaching team

*Need a follow up observation for one of your classroom who didn't score as high as you would have liked?  Schedule me to assess progress:

$150 per 1 hour observation on previous challenge areas.

Includes action plan to assess improvement.

*Must have had a full ITERS/ECERS/SACERS observation completed by me before this observation can be completed.
