Bio

I have been in the Early Childhood field for almost twenty years.  After being a mom, teacher, administrator, and consultant in my career, I know the ins and outs of the center environment from all points of view.  I have extensive knowledge about ExceleRate, DCFS, Teaching Strategies Gold, Creative Curriculum, Conscious Discipline, among other things.  I have also been a part of the Golden Apple Program as a scholar, scholarship reviewer, observer, and mentor for new teachers.  I have been successfully facilitating trainings, observations, coaching teachers, and assisting administrators for a decade.  With the growing demands on childcare centers in Illinois, I felt as if we all needed a little assistance in staying on top of quality care for our centers.  What better assistance to have than someone who has experienced the same demands as you in a center setting.   My goal is to provide affordable services to centers to help assist in achieving their goals towards quality.  I look forward to connecting with you and your center, we would make a great team!
